最適合增長肌肉體積的高度:該高度下能連續(xù)做的最高俯臥撐個數(shù)組多為6-12個。

最適合增強(qiáng)最大肌肉力量的高度:該高度下能連續(xù)做的最高俯臥撐個數(shù)最多為1-4個。

什么時候增加難度

俯臥撐難度應(yīng)該隨著訓(xùn)練者力量增強(qiáng)而增加,否則難以起到良好的訓(xùn)練效果。一般當(dāng)俯臥撐能連續(xù)做10個以上時,就可以考慮增加難度了。

當(dāng)能做到15個以上時,俯臥撐難度就太小了,起不到增肌訓(xùn)練的效果,應(yīng)該要馬上增加難度。
