如果是想通過運動減脂的朋友,可以選擇白面包、香蕉、酸奶、水果、蛋白、麥片、土豆泥這些低脂健康的食物,不要吃大魚大肉等油膩高脂的食物。

如果是想通過運動鍛煉肌肉的朋友,可以選擇適量高蛋白和高GI的碳水化合物,如蛋類、瘦肉、奶制品和豆制品等,也可適度進食米飯或饅頭等主食。

建議在運動前1個半小時左右就少量進食的,不空腹進行運動,以防血糖過低。

在17至19時跑步,只要中午曾進食正常午餐,跑步前無須再進食,跑步后則可吃適量低脂食物,如蒸魚或去皮雞肉、蔬菜、白飯及水果。

在21點后才跑步,最好在跑步前2小時進食正常晚餐,若在跑步前兩小時內進食,則適宜先吃半份晚餐,剩下半份留待跑步后食用。
